Default Dowloaded IE7 and Lost Outlook Express

I recently downloade IE7 and no longer have an icon for OE.

How can I get back to OE.

Default Dowloaded IE7 and Lost Outlook Express

Right click the Command Bar (the one to the right of the tabs) and unlock
it.
Right click it again and click Customize Command Bar | Add or Remove
Commands.
Click "Read Mail" and then Add.
Click Close.
