Word Save AS
I just loaded word 2007 upgraded from 2003. On Word 2003 there was the save as option. If you modified a document and then wanted to save it under a different name you used save as. Also you could save a document to an older version of Word. I am with AARP Taxaide. Most of the people I work with have 2003. I need to save documents in word 2003 so they can use them -- Have a great day PHILD |

Word Save AS
Well this is a Microsoft Access forum, but some of us also use Word.....
Go up to the round Office button on the upper left. Drop down to Save As. Select the Word 97-2003 option. -- Jerry Whittle, Microsoft Access MVP Light. Strong. Cheap. Pick two. You can also set default Words 2007 to save all documents in Word 2003.
Do the following: 1. Start MS Word 2007. 2. Click the round Office button located top left. 3. Click "Word Option" button. 4. Click "Save" on the left of Word Options window. 5. Select "Word 97-2003 Document (*.doc)" from the "Save files in this format" drop list. 6. Click OK. By default all documents created will be saved in 2003 format. -- Maha Aruppthan Pappan Nacap Asia Pacific "PHILD" wrote: I just loaded word 2007 upgraded from 2003.
