Renaming Header and Footer

Hey there,
I have a report I received from a different developer and I need to make
changes to it. There is a header/footer, and its not the report or page
header/footer, that I need to rename/delete. When I click on Arrange in the
report design view, Access 2007, I only see options for the Page and Report
header/footer. I click on it and yes the name says GroupHeader0, but the name
on the actual report is not GroupHeader0.

The reason for this is because when I run it its complaining about the name
of the Heade/Footer and I checked all my code for this name and its nowhere
so it must be the header/footer thats the problem.
Can anyone help?

Sorry, to better clarify, when I run my report I am getting an Enter a
parameter value window for a parameter that doesn't exist ANYWHERE in my code
or my report. The only place I see this value is its the name of one of my
headers and footers and I can't change/delete it.
