Default Outlook Express does not display the mail content

I have version 2.6 with widows pro on my HP laptop. I ma receiving emails but
the content does not display neither in the preview pan, nor in the opened
email. When I move the pointer to the pan area time capsule is displayed all
the time. When I create new mail I can type in the address and subject
fields, but not in the pan. When I try to send the windows comes up saying
“This massage has not completed downloading. It can not be saved until
download is complete”. I configured everything on the laptop Outlook Express
the same way I have it on my PC OEx which works fine, and it still does not
work.
Can somebody help please?

Thanks

1) Outlook Express doesn't have a version 2.6
2) You're in the wrong newsgroup. This one's for Office Outlook. Ask Outlook
Express questions in microsoft.public.outlookexpress.general
