Will Publisher run on a Mac OS?

You probably could install VirualPC if you don't have an Intel chip and run
Office products.

It won't run under OS X. It will run if you have an installation of
Windows, either under Boot Camp, or Parallels, or VMWare Fusion, or if
it's a PPC Mac, under Virtual PC (although the latter will be rather slow).
