Default Publisher 2007 Trial back to Publisher 2000

I downloaded the Office 2007 Professional trial version several weeks ago,
and did not want to purchase it at the time of expiration. So I reinstalled
my Office 2000 software for now...anyway,
Can anyone tell me how to covert my existing Publisher files back into a
usable state for the 2000 software?
I assume that I clicked on something during the Trial period that converted
all my existing Publisher files into a state usable for 2007... but would now
like to use those files with the older version again.
Hoping for any response,
Clint

Any publication you created in 2007 will not open in 2000, unless of course, you
saved them as 2000 documents. Publisher does not do a batch conversion in 2007,
otherwise all of my documents would convert to 2007. Do you have Norton?
