Another guess ..

Assume a source "vertical" range is A1:A3,
which is to be copied and placed "horizontally" in B11

Via copy pasting:
Select A1:A3, right-click Copy
Right-click on B1 Paste special check "Transpose" OK

Another way, which links B11 dynamically to A1:A3
Put in B1: =INDEX($A:$A,COLUMN(A1))
Copy across to D1
