Default Time log adding time from separate sheets

I have a time log I am keeping on separate clients however, I would like
to create a sheet that adds up time from each client sheet.

How do I pull time from sheet 1 and time from sheet 2 to create total
time on sheet 3?

Try something like

='Sheet1'!A1 + 'Sheet2'!A1
or
=SUM('FirstSheet':'LastSheet'!A1)
