Default Installing Outlook 2002

I currently have Outlook 2000 on my computer. I am trying to install Outlook
2002 (XP) provided with my iPaq. The calendar, contacts, email, etc. buttons
are not working. In other words there seems to be no file associated or it
cannot find the file with the database/information. I have Windows XP Home
Edition on this computer. I have tried a number of times to install/upgrade
this software but always have to perform a system restore in order to get the
Outlook to function. Please help. I will provide any necessary information
needed to resolve this issue. Thank you.

Recreated your mail profile already? This is always a nice thing to do when
you encouter errors after an upgrade.
