Default fax notifications

I am using Microsoft shared fax and up until yesterday we were getting a
message saying that either a fax did, or did not complete successfully.
Something must have changed, but since I am the only administrator, I'm not
sure what? Can you help?

Thank you

Clarify what you mean by "Microsoft shared fax." You may need to post in a
group that supports it.

Microsoft shared fax is a service. I'm not too up on this stuff, but that's
what is it called when looking it up on the internet. We enter [fax:nnnn]
into the TO field and the fax sends via a shared modem on my server. Until a
few days ago we were getting notifications telling us whether the fax was
successful or not. Do you know what sould have caused it to change?

Thank you

I did some more research. There is an article called "how to set up small
business service 2000 Shared Fax service". It talks about "enable e-mail
receipt of Delivery Notification to Sender". I followed the instructions but
everything was already set up. Can you help?

Now you see the reason I asked. Only two of Microsoft's Fax Services are
sharable: SBS and Windows 2003, neither of which is covered in this group.
I'd ask in an SBS group.
