Default Outlook 2007

Outlook 2007 was working fine with Windows 7, then all of a sudden I can't
open it and I get this error message: "The version of this file is not
compatible with the version of Windows you're running. Check your computer's
system information to see whether you need an x82 (32-bit) or x64 (64-bit)
version of the program, and then contact the software publisher." Help!!!

What did you do just before "all of a sudden" happened? Installs?
Deletions? Trials? Updates?
