Can you stop user name from appearing in comment?

Default Can you stop user name from appearing in comment?

Everytime I want to insert a comment, it pops up with the username already in
it. Can I change what appears in the comment (the default) or do I have to
continually change it by hand?

You can change the name excel uses:

In xl2003 menus:
Tools|Options|General Tab
Change the user name to what you like.
