Default Need to revamp a read-only file

HELP, Am doing a memory book for the team and the mom who did it is out of
town and gave me a read only copy, I need to revise the stats and can't save
them, how can I convert a read only to a regular file I can work on?? This
goes to print today.....HELP!

Can you SaveAs the file and rename it to a slightly different name?

Default Need to revamp a read-only file

Anytime a file is saved to a removable disk it will become read only. Drag the
file to your hard drive, right-click the file, clear the read-only.
