Word 2000, Excel, and Norton Antivirus not opening. Windows XP
Having trouble with word, excel, powerpoint, and norton antivirus not
opening. I have windows XP. Any help is appreciated.

Hi There,
I too have the samilar issue. None of the Ms-Office applications open. It basically tries to perform NAV scan of the document during opening, and in my case NAV is corrupt. And I could not uninstall it completely. Kinda deadlock :-( Is there a way to stop the scan of NAV scan.? Thanks in advance Suraj.
