In word 2003 it was easy and obvious to find and replace text. How do we find
aand replace text in the 2007 version

Ctrl+F for find, Ctrl+H for replace... both continue to work as they did in
Word 2003.

If you'd prefer the ribbon method, in Home ribbon tab, Find and Replace are
in the right end (Editing section).

You can also right-click either/both and choose Add to Quick Access Toolbar,
if you'd like to have them easily available regardless of which (if any)
ribbon tab is showing.
