In word 2003 it was easy and obvious to find and replace text. How do we find
aand replace text in the 2007 version

how to FIND text in word 2007
Ctrl+F for find, Ctrl+H for replace... both continue to work as they did in
Word 2003. If you'd prefer the ribbon method, in Home ribbon tab, Find and Replace are in the right end (Editing section).
