Just one thing I forgot to mention.. I am seraching a folder hierarchy in a
Public Folder. The option "Search Subfolders" is greyed out in "Select Folders" window. Therefore I can not select subfolders? Backend is Exchange 2003 Standard Edition. Thanx P. Have you tried using the Contacts Lookup window instead?? It's a white box
in the toolbar. Just type the person's name (first or last) or company and hit Enter. -- Judy Gleeson - MVP Outlook Acorn Training and Consulting Canberra, Australia see what Outlook training can do to improve productivity: http://www.acorntraining.com.au/pdfd...ithOutlook.pps www.acorntraining.com.au/productivit.htm "Patrick" wrote in message ... Hi Judy,
Yes, It did not work for me - it will nor drill down a folder hierarchy. What I did was to install LookOut add-in and it worked like a charm! P.
