how to delete section break after mailmerge?
I did some tedious jobs which makes documents from excel work sheets.
it's good except there are sections breaks in headers and footers. I did search and replace(ctrl+f & replace tab) and search section breaks(^b) and replace with page break(^m). but doesn't work at all. what's wrong? |

You can't have a section break in a header/footer. It will be in the body of
the document. Why do you need to remove the section breaks? What advantage will you gain from changing a new page section break to a page break? -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org news.microsoft.com wrote: the section break after mail merge is section break(next page). word finds section break(continue) well.
