Default Office 2007 Small Business (Upgrade conditions)

Looking at the site as follows:
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/pr...754511033.aspx

The text that concerns this version was as follows:

"Microsoft Office Small Business 2007
Qualifying Products for Upgrade

Microsoft Works 6.0–10; Microsoft Works suite 2000–2006 or later; any
2000–2007 Microsoft Office program or suite; any Microsoft Office XP suite
except Office XP Student and Teacher."

I was able to see that I should be able to upgrade my copy of Office XP, the
exact wording on the disc packaging is as follows:

“Microsoft Office XP Professional with Publisher Version 2002”
“Do Not Lose This CD Case”

The only thing that’s concerning me before I fork out £200+ GBP / $400+ USD
is that the edition of Office XP I have although named above has an OEM
serial key.

Can anyone tell me positively whether the Office 2007 Small Business Edition
(Upgrade Version) will work on Office XP Pro OEM, it doesn’t appear to
specify on that page whether OEM is supported or not.

Yes, OEMs count.
