MS license agreement not going away
Every time Office 2003 components (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook) are launched,
receive MS license agreement message to accept or decline. Tried detect & repair, uninstall & reinstall Office 2003 and then applied SP3. Any ideas why we're continuing to receive this message upon application launch?

You must accept the Office End User License Agreement every time that you start
