Default Need Pamela Palmer Access 2000 form for project

Anyone have the Pamela Palmer series of forms from the Sams Learning Access
2000 in 21 days? She had a form on the CD that was a multipart form that
looked like manilla folders laying on top of each other and is perfect for a
project I'm working on. I'm seperated from the CD at the moment and can't
get to it.

The book could have been co-authored by Paul Cassell too...

I don't have that book, but it sounds like this is simply a Tab
Control. Try opening a new, blank form in design view and inserting a
Tab Control. Specify the number of tabs you want on it; select each
tab page in turn and change its caption (the name on the tab), and
insert whatever controls you want on it.
