Default How can I encrypt the .ost file?

I would like to encrypt all of the personal data on my laptop. I can easily
enable the encrypting file system for my regular files, however Outlook does
not work right when the .OST file is encrypted using EFS. For PST files,
there is a "high encryption" option, however the setting does not work for
OST files. I can create a new exchange account and set "high encryption", but
when I check the setting later it is reset to "compressible encryption".
