Default How do I disable Instant Messenger feature in Outlook globally

I need to be able to disable the Instant Messenger feature in Outlook for all
users in our firm. I am trying to find the reg key or some way I can make
that change for everyone all at once.

The Office 2003 Resource Kit contains an administrative template for Outlook
2003 that will let you disable the feature via an Active Directory group
policy object. This kit can be downloaded free of charge from Microsoft.
