Number 10 envelopes always tile across 3 pages.
I'm using Publisher in Windows 2000. I want to print #10 envelopes but they
are always tiling across three pages. What settings do I need to print correctly? |

Set the paper size (envelope) in Printer Setup first.

Are you saying it prints across three envelopes?
If so, review your database files. Sounds like each line is telling Publisher it is the end to the address. -- Don Vancouver USA "MarkHammari" wrote in message ... I am not printing addresses. I am only printing the return address and a logo
on the far left side. But the return address ends up in the middle of the envelope and then it wants to print 2 more blank envelopes before it will clear for the next print job. I used the regular Publisher envelope template......??? "Don Schmidt" wrote: Are you saying it prints across three envelopes? If so, review your database files. I tried a different printer and it worked fine. What settings do I need to
adjust on a Xerox Phaser 3450 to get it to work like my cheap HP deskjet? "Don Schmidt" wrote: Are you saying it prints across three envelopes? If so, review your database files. In your printer properties do you have a #10 envelope option?
Is your page setup for #10 envelopes? Do you have one envelope on your screen? The logo should be inserted away from your address block. You can set up a custom paper size in your printer properties, 9.5 width, 4.125 height. -- Mary Sauer MSFT MVP http://office.microsoft.com/ http://msauer.mvps.org/ news://msnews.microsoft.com "MarkHammari" wrote in message ...
