probnlems installing office/outllok 2003
i have windows vista and havce been atytemtpting to install office 2003 with
outlook 2003 however i keep getting a "error 1913 mapisvc.inf cannot update "error i am installing the program with administrator rights etc and trawling the web does not seem to produce any results i was able to install office 2003 on my other computer fine with no problems

i have administrator rights etc as there is only one main account user on the

its okay i fixed it i just changed the permissions on the mapisvc to adminsitrators for some reason vista when instaling didnt give it full rights "Max" wrote: i have windows vista and havce been atytemtpting to install office 2003 with outlook 2003 however i keep getting a "error 1913 mapisvc.inf cannot update "error i am installing the program with administrator rights etc and trawling the web does not seem to produce any results i was able to install office 2003 on my other computer fine with no problems

How did you change the permission on the mapisvc?
