how do i set up a group calendar for viewing as a calendar in a step by step
process as I cannot get it to work.

Default Group calendar

The steps to create a new folder in Outlook are the same, regardless of the type of folder -- File | New | Folder, choose the type of items the folder should contain and the location where it should be created.
