Default Resources

Hi

I have resources set up on my corp network using Exchange 2003 in the
old fashioned sense, by configuring the accounts indiviually to auto
accept etc. This works fine for meeting rooms however not so
intelligently for Laptops etc. Let me explain....

Quite often Users need to book a laptop, this is done by adding the
laptop as a resource in a meeting request, however they may want that
laptop for a couple of days but still want their own time shown as
free. I know they can go in and delete their entry in their calendar
thus showing their time as free, but does anyone know a better way than
this, whereby you can show your time as free but that of the resource
as busy?

Thanks

Blakey
