Default grid on dual y axis graph

Hello,

1. I want the gridline to hit both axes at a certain point. Short of
playing with the scale of one axis and eyeballing the result, is there a way
to do this?

2. Can you recommend the best add-ins for charts?

3. Is there a way to drop a line from a point on an xy line to the x axis
without drawing one?

Thanks in advance,

John (A SAS Programmer who must now use Excel)
