Default create a form that collects parameters

Hi,
i need a form where we search for a detail and the result should be
published in the bottom, based on the result the user will decide what to do
next in acess 2007.

i refered the link below

in this some mistake is there in the macro can somebody help me out.

if any template for search form is available please let me know.

Please don't post the same question to multiple times. If
you think it is absolutely necessary (very rare) to post to
multiple groups, then use a single post with the two
different groups in the To: or Newsgroups: field, separated
by a comma.
