Default Change slide with mouse click

This is the first time I have had anything to do with
presentations. I hope I am asking the question right. I
have the slides in powerpoint 2002 to change on mouse
click. However, instead of speaking to people and having
to turn around and click the mouse is there anything that
will hook into the computer that I can hold in my hand and
maybe click a button with my thumb. Hopefully someone
will know what I am talking about. Is it called a clicker
or slide changer? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Please let me know where I can go on the internet to find
something like this.

Sure. Do a google search for presentation remote or presentation wireless
control and you'll find loads of them.
