Can't open outlook, new install, now what?
I have a new laptop that had a MS Office 60 day standard license on it. I
bought a MS office pro license and installed it on a new sony vaio. Now outlook will not open tries to find default email files, visual basic c++ shuts down outlook with a runtime error in office10/outlook.exe. I have uninstalled the entire package and reinstalled it, then I went to the MS office home page and installed all updates. Any suggestions?
