Default how do I copy my calendar from my destop to my laptop

I just finished putting in my work schedule in Outlook Calendar. I would now
like to transfer these calendar items to my outlook calendar in my laptop.
Can I do this task or do I have to re-enter all the recurring calendar items
manually?

thanks for your help
Gordon

Create a new empty PST using the File menu New Outlook Data File. Copy
your Calendar folder into it (Right click drag/drop it there and choose
Copy). Close Outlook, copy the PST file you just used to the other machine.
Open the file using the File menu Open Outlook Data File then copy the
items from the Calendar folder in the transferred PST to your standard
Calendar folder

In addition to Vince's suggestion, see

Thanks for the link to slipstick. This looks to be of great value to me as a
newbie in manipulating Outlook.
