Default repeating a field

Assuming that your list just has the Normal style associated with it, insert
the following field in the header of the mail merge main document

{ STYLEREF Normal \l }

Could someone help me please? I've created a mail merge for a classroom
word list. I have figured out how to merge the fields vertically to
make the page three columns, but would like to repeat the last field at
the top of the page (like guide words in a dictionary). Any
suggestions?
Thank you very much.
