Word 2000
Hi Don
It sounds like you may have tracked change stored in the document, and the only indication of them is the line indicating that some of the text opposite the line has been changed. To accept all the tracked changes, do the following. In Word 2000 and before, Tools Track Changes Accept or Reject Changes. In Word 2002 and above, on the Reviewing toolbar, find the button with the big blue tick. Click the little arrow to the right of that button and choose Accept All Changes. More info at How does Track Changes in Microsoft Word work? http://www.ShaunaKelly.com/word/trac...ngesWorks.html Hope this helps. Shauna Kelly.
