Default help for office 2003

i accidently deleted some important files on my computer for office 2003 and
now i cant open office at all. also when i try to open internet explorer
windows installer comes up and runs about halfway thru for microsoft office
professional edition 2003 and then comes up with an error message that says:
"error 25090. office setup encountered a problem with the office source
engine, system error: -2147024893. please open C:\program files\microsoft
office\office11\1033\setup.chm and look for "office source engine" for
information on how to resolve this problem." i have tried to locate this file
and it is not there. does anyone know how to fix this without buying a new
installation disc? or is that the only way to fix it?
