Default insert rows automatically to avoid overwriting

A pivot table that consist of several sales person ID and commission data is
surrounded by text above and below (approval block). Each sales person has
several accounts - some as little as two while others as large as thirty.
The company requires a report for each sales person for approval of
commission. When the pivot table expands it overwrites the text below
instead of pushing it to the next page. What if anything can isert rows
instead of overwriting the text?
