I'm sorry - yes, that part did work. But it did not resolve the initial
problem.

I've been reading some older posts regarding this problem, and noticed a
suggestion to create a new PST - how would I do that?

Default Constant Error Message when Outlook is opened

Close Outlook. Go to Control panel, Mail. Open your profile and add a new
data file.
