Word 2003 header issues
I have word 2003. I have created a letterhead with text blocks and a graphic. I had to put some blank lines in the header so that it would not allow text from the page to overwritten by the graphic and text block.
I saved this as a template. First issue: When I do a new and select the template, the header is not visable until I select view header and footer. How can I make this automatic for this template? Second: I created a document from this template and it looked fine. I saved, closed, and opened. Now the number of lines in the header has been reduced. I can recreate this at will. Is this a bug in Word 2003? (Sounds like it since it changes the file from what I had it - pagination changes as well) How can I make it stop doing this? Thanks, -Eric |

Word 2003 header issues
When you create a new document, make sure you're in Print Layout view and
not Normal and that you haven't hidden "white space" (see http://home.earthlink.net/~wordfaqs/WhiteSpace.htm). -- Suzanne S. Word 2003 header issues
I expect you mean text boxes rather than text blocks. If so, you can change
the formatting of the text box to force text to wrap around it rather than being behind or in front of text.
