Reassigning 2007 to a new laptop

Hello,
Reading the license I see that I can reassign Outlook 2007 to another device
as many times as I like no problem.

My old HP laptop is dying that had a a preloaded evaluation copy on it, that
I eventually paid for, so need to reassign the program now but the evaluation
version that is pre-loaded on my new VIAO laptop doesn't like my activation
code, which I still have but not much else. I've tried downloading some full
versions to the new VIAO but the same result ensues. How do I migrate the
copy I purchased? I can't find any info about it anywhere.

When you purchased you would have gone through a procedure to download the
installation file, you would also have been given the option to pay extra
for the disks.
