Form that'll merge several users' absences in a single all-day eve
There's no built-in feature to do this.
-- Sue Mosher, Outlook MVP Author of Microsoft Outlook Programming - Jumpstart for Administrators, Power Users, and Developers http://www.outlookcode.com/jumpstart.aspx "HierkommtdieMaus" wrote in message ... We have an Exchange Server with a public calendar. All colleagues enter their absences a separate all-day events with different start- and end times. During holiday periods, you can't see the rest of the calendar from all the different all-day events. Question: is it possible to enter overlapping absences of different length and to have Outlook automatically figure out and display the absences of each day in one single all-day event? Thanks! |
