Rules set-up - Client only based

Hi,

I have set-up rules to run as client based only with the following logic:
When receiving mail from a specific list of email address, reply with this
template. I am unable to get these rules to run more than once a day.

Is there a way to override this and have the rules repond always, not just
once a day?
