Displaying a record count
I inadvertently posted this question under Tables:
After creating a directory type merge for a dynamically created table, how can I show automatically a record count? For example, say I create a list of participants in a weekly prize drawing and merge them out to a directory (a poor implementation of dynamically created content display). In the footer, I want to have a tally of participants, which would be the record count, displayed. |

Displaying a record count
Answered in Tables. Use MsgBox
ActiveDocument.MailMerge.DataSource.RecordCount -- Please post any further questions or followup to the newsgroups for the benefit of others who may be interested. Unsolicited questions forwarded directly to me will only be answered on a paid consulting basis. Hope this helps Doug Robbins - Word MVP "Phantim" wrote in message ...
