Default Merge to Outlook changes font of entire document

When I merge to outlook, the entire e-mail I send is bold and underlined. It
is not that way in the Word doc. How do I change this?

When you execute the merge, in the Format drop down, select Attachment so
that your Word document is sent as an attachment.

If format is really important, use the Add-in that is on the following page
of fellow MVP Graham Mayor's website to create a .pdf file for each
recipient

http://www.gmayor.com/individual_merge_letters.htm

and then use the method in the article "Mail Merge to E-mail with
Attachments" at

http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/MailMerge/...ttachments.htm

to send the email message with the individual .pdf documents attached
