Default Help! Fax console crashes when viewing sent items

Hi there

Win XP fax console crashes when trying to view the sent items. I had to
rebuild the computer and neglected to copy the sent messages folder.

since the rebuild i have faxes in the sent folder that i can see in
explorer (in docs and settings/ allusers/ windows/msfax) but i can only
view half the files.

very odd.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Adrian

What do you mean you can view half of the files? Where?

I can see the files if i go to the default folder where they are stored
in XP i.e. c:\Documents and settings\All Users\Windows\MSFax.

I can see all of the icons, hwoever when i click on some fo them they
can not be loaded into picture and fax viewer.

in MS Fax, whenever i click on the sent folder MSFax crashes, I send
the error report but get nothing back from OCA.

What is the extension on these files?
It should be TIF. If so, what is your file association for TIF files?
