Inventory Grouping

I have a cutsomer that stores file boxes in our wharehouse and I need to
charge storage.

The rate is per Pallet. There is a pallet Identifier [Pallet #]

The report must show each inventory Line item [Box]

There may be from 1 to 20 [Box]'s per [Pallet #]

How do I generate a report that charges per [Pallet #] but displays all
[Box]'s?

I can get the report to show each pallet charge by grouping by [Pallet #]
but how do I create a REPORT TOTAL when there are so many Line items that do
not get charged?
