Default Custumized Filter doesn't work in some fields

Hi,

My contacts folder is managed by a special form that I've created. This form
include some new fields I needed. I usually work with outlook 2000 but
recently I've installed outlook XP. To keep my contacts folder I use the same
pst file in outlook 2003: this file include the form I used and the contacts
folder.

I used to filter some contact fields with the "advance" option in the
"filter" option. For example: field A (one included in the form. Type text)
"contain" "XXX" and field B (also include in the form. Type yes/not) "is"
yes. Everything was working fine until I begun to use Outlook XP.

Outlook XP doesn't recognize filter rules applied to some fields and I
wonder why. In my folder contact filter rules applied to text fields doesn't
work. But filters to yes/not fields are applied.

Any suggestion?

For best results, make sure the fields are defined in the folders, i.e. that
they appear in the User-defined Fields in Folder list in the Field Chooser.
IF they don't add them, but be sure to use the exact data type defined in
the form.
