Default Word Mailmerge with Outlook Contacts folders

I have two 'contacts' folders in Outlook, one of which
has been named 'clients'

I am trying to merge the 'clients' folder with a letter
in Word, but only one folder is being recognised - the
wrong one.

How can I get Word to recognise both, so I can choose. I
am assuming the problem will be in the way in which the
second folder is set up in Outlook

Begin the mail merge in Outlook, not in word.

Make sure both folders are enabled as email address books.

Rod

Select the Contacts you want to merge to. Then Tools, Mailmerge, select to
Document or Email (whichever you want) and Word will fire up to merge to the
selected Contacts. It's easy!!

I'm hoping to have a 3 page document about this process on my web site soon.
