Change Background Color of Received Field Column

Default Change Background Color of Received Field Column

Does someone know how I can change the background color of the Received field
column. It is white, I would like it to be the same as the other field
columns. I have looked extensively for a way to change the color, but cannot
find a way to do so.

Help appreciated. Bill

you can't change the field colors, only the text.
