Default "ControlTip Text", but not Access

I couldn't figure out a way to explain my problem for a Google search,
so I came here because I at least know the term "ControlTip Text" in
Access. Maybe someone can help me to do a proper Google search or
explain how to fix my problem.

When I hover over an item in my Windows System Tray or Taskbar, the
"ControlTip Text" is partially hidden behind the Taskbar.

Why does this happen, and how do I get the "ControlTip Text" to appear
in front of the Taskbar as it should?

Thanks for your help...

I'd recommend posting your question to a newsgroup related to whatever
version of Windows you're using.
