Default Watermark at the centre of the page

I want to keep watermark of the company logo 80x240 pixels .bmp file.

Please advise how to convert the image to watermark
How to insert into the report at the centre of the page

The watermark image should be backend, I mean the data/fields can be written
on that

please advise solution. Also prefferred any sample mdb for this solution.

Set the Report's Picture property to the path to the bmp file.
Also set the Picture Type, Picture Size, Picture Alignment, Picture
Tiling and Picture Pages properties. They're all on the Report
property's Format tab.
