Default Why do I have corner lines(?) showing up on a blank document"

I want to have a blank page in Word but for some reason there are thing that
look like corner indentation in each corner of the page. Left side like a
backwards L, right side like an L, and upside down in the bottom corners.

Hi BLW,

To remove these, go into Tools|Options|View and uncheck 'Text boundaries'.

I looked and 'Text boundaries' is not checked. Any other ideas? Thanks

Thank you, removing the asian language solved the problem.
